Evansville-based Integra Bank Corp. has completed a previously-announced sale of four Kentucky and Ohio branches to Citizens Deposit Bank and Trust.
Vanceburg, Ky.-based Citizens purchased two offices from Integra in Kentucky (Maysville and Mount Olivet) and two in Ohio (Ripley and Aberdeen).
The sales are part of Integra’s larger strategy for returning to profitability. That strategy includes selling outlying branch offices, exiting the commercial real estate market and refocusing on community banking.
Including the deal with Citizens, this year Integra has sold 14 branches in four separate deals.
